Kikoh (Qigong) Exercise
Kikoh ("Qigong" in Chinese) facilitates circulation of vital energy throughout the body, promoting and enhancing one's health and wellness. Movements in the Kikoh exercise, slow stretching and breathing similar to those of TaiChi, provide many health benefits such as lowering blood pressure, reducing stress levels, increasing flexibility, improving balance and coordination.  This class is suitable for people at any age including elderly.

Class Hour: Tuesdays   9:30am (until 10:30am)

Class Fee: $10 per class (with purchase of 10-punch punch card for $100)
